《农民专业合作社年度报告公示暂行办法》已经国家工商行政管理总局局务会议审议通过，现予公布，自2014年10月1日起施行。

农民专业合作社年度报告公示暂行办法
（2014年8月19日国家工商行政管理总局令第70号公布）
　　第一条　为规范农民专业合作社年度报告公示，依据《农民专业合作社登记管理条例》、《企业信息公示暂行条例》、《注册资本登记制度改革方案》等行政法规和国务院有关规定，制定本办法。
　　第二条　农民专业合作社年度报告的报送、公示适用本办法。
　　第三条　国家工商行政管理总局和省、自治区、直辖市工商行政管理局分别负责全国和各省、自治区、直辖市农民专业合作社年度报告公示的管理工作，并对下级工商行政管理部门开展年度报告公示工作进行指导和监督。
各级工商行政管理部门负责其登记的农民专业合作社的年度报告公示相关工作。
　　第四条　农民专业合作社应当于每年1月1日至6月30日，通过企业信用信息公示系统向工商行政管理部门报送上一年度年度报告，并向社会公示。
当年设立登记的农民专业合作社，自下一年起报送并公示年度报告。
　　第五条　农民专业合作社年度报告内容包括：
（一）行政许可取得和变动信息；
（二）生产经营信息；
（三）资产状况信息；
（四）开设的网站或者从事网络经营的网店的名称、网址等信息；
（五）联系方式信息；
（六）国家工商行政管理总局要求公示的其他信息。
　　第六条　农民专业合作社应当对其年度报告内容的真实性、及时性负责。
　　第七条　农民专业合作社发现其公示的年度报告内容不准确的，应当及时更正，更正应当在每年6月30日之前完成。更正前后内容同时公示。
