| In recent years, as the economy of the Macao Special Administrative Region continues to grow, the society of Macao witnesses an increasing demand for domestic services every year, and there is a growing need to hire domestic workers from the Chinese mainland. At the request of the government of the Macao Special Administrative Region, upon deliberation, the Ministry of Commerce and the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office have decided to initiate the cooperation on export of domestic workers from the Chinese mainland to Macao before the end of 2013. You are hereby notified of relevant matters as follows: | | 近年来，随着澳门特区经济持续增长，澳门社会对家政服务的需求逐年增加，对聘用内地家政人员的要求日益强烈。应澳门特区政府要求，经研究，商务部、港澳办决定于2013年年底前启动内地输澳门家政人员合作，现就有关事宜通知如下： |
I. The cooperation on export of domestic workers from the Chinese mainland to Macao shall follow the principles of “pilot implementation, and promotion in an active, prudent and step-by-step manner”. The pilot provinces in the early stages of cooperation consist of Guangdong and Fujian Provinces, and the scale of cooperation shall be gradually expanded as experience grows. See Annex for the list of pilot enterprises in Guangdong and Fujian Provinces.
