| Announcement on Expanding the Scope of Cross-Border Transport of Goods for Domestic Trade from Jilin Province | | 关于拓展吉林省内贸货物跨境运输业务范围的公告 |
| For purposes of implementing a new round of northeast China revitalization strategy and promoting the cooperation in cross-border transport of goods for domestic trade by utilizing overseas ports, the General Administration of Customs (“GACC”) has decided to expand the business scope of the cross-border transport of goods for domestic trade from Jilin Province. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 为落实新一轮东北振兴战略，促进利用境外港口开展内贸货物跨境运输合作，海关总署决定拓展吉林省内贸货物跨境运输业务范围。现就有关事宜公告如下： |
I. It is approved that the Hunchun-Russia's Kraskino Highway Port is added as a port of exit for cross-border transport of goods for domestic trade from Jilin Province, Russia's Slavyanka Port is added to as a transit port for cross-border transport of goods for domestic trade from Jilin Province, Qingdao Port is added as a port of entry for cross-border transport of goods for domestic trade into Jilin Province, and abrasive sand products are added and transported in bulk.
