| For the purposes of promoting the sound development of the industry of cross-border e-commerce retail imports, and creating a market environment featuring fair competition, you are hereby notified of the relevant issues concerning improving the tax policies on cross-border e-commerce retail imports as follows: | | 为促进跨境电子商务零售进口行业的健康发展，营造公平竞争的市场环境，现将完善跨境电子商务零售进口税收政策有关事项通知如下： |
I. The upper limit on a single transaction of imported commodities in cross-border e-commerce retail shall be raised from 2,000 yuan to 5,000 yuan, and the annual transaction quota shall be raised from 20,000 yuan to 26,000 yuan.
