各省、自治区、直辖市、新疆生产建设兵团发展改革委（能源局）、工业和信息化主管部门、住房城乡建设厅（委、局），国家电网公司、南方电网公司：
为落实《国务院办公厅关于加快新能源汽车推广应用的指导意见》（国办发〔2014〕35号），科学引导电动汽车充电基础设施建设，促进电动汽车产业健康快速发展，我们组织编制了《电动汽车充电基础设施发展指南（2015-2020年）》，现予印发，请认真贯彻执行。
