| In accordance with the relevant provisions of the State Administration for Market Regulation (“SAMR”) and the General Administration of Customs (“GACC”) on the allocation of functions, the relevant arrangements for exemption from China Compulsory Certification (“CCC”) are hereby announced as follows: | | 根据市场监管总局和海关总署职能配置的相关规定，现就免予办理强制性产品认证工作的相关安排公告如下： |
| I. The SAMR shall take charge of organizing, supervising and administering the implementation of the CCC system. The GACC shall be responsible for the verification of imported products subject to CCC. The SAMR and the GACC shall establish mechanisms for online inspection, notification and collaboration in respect of CCC certificates or supporting documents and other relevant information. | | 一、市场监管总局负责强制性产品认证制度的组织实施和监督管理工作。海关总署负责涉及强制性产品认证进口产品的验证工作。市场监管总局和海关总署建立强制性产品认证证书或证明性文件等信息的联网核查、通报和协作机制。 |
II. Before March 31, 2019, all local customs offices shall continue to issue certificates on exemption from CCC according to their functions before the institutional reform.
