To further implement the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Supervision and Administration of For-profit Non-state Schools (No. 20 [2016], Ministry of Education), in accordance with the Provisions on the Administration of Enterprise Name Registration | | 为进一步落实《营利性民办学校监督管理实施细则》（教发〔2016〕20号），根据《企业名称登记管理规定》及相关法规、规章和规范性文件，现就做好营利性民办学校（以下简称“民办学校”）名称登记管理有关工作通知如下： |
| I. Non-state schools shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Non-state Education Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China, be registered as limited liability companies or joint stock limited companies, and their names shall comply with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations on company registration administration and education. | | 一、民办学校应当按照《中华人民共和国公司法》《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》有关规定，登记为有限责任公司或者股份有限公司，其名称应当符合公司登记管理和教育相关法律法规的规定。 |
II. The administrative division and industry statement of the name of a non-state schools shall be commensurate with the place where the school is run, and the category and the level of the school, among others (see the Annex for details). Where the conditions as prescribed by the state are satisfied, the name may not include administrative division. The industry statement of a non-state school shall consist offields of disciplines or school-running characteristics, among others, plus school category. Wherefields of disciplines or school-running characteristics are allowed not to be included according to the relevant provisions of the state or trade practice, it is allowed that the name does not include fields of disciplines or school-running characteristics. The industry statement of a non-state kindergarten, senior high school or special education school shall comply with the law of education and the law of physical and mental development of children, and may not contain contents or texts that may mislead parents or trigger ambiguity, such as those emphasizing the school-running characteristics of the schoolin a one-sided manner.
．．．．．． | | 二、民办学校名称的行政区划、行业表述应当与学校办学所在地、类别、层次等相符合（详见附件）。达到国家规定条件的，可以不含行政区划。民办学校的行业表述由学科门类或者办学特色等加学校类别组成。按照国家有关规定或者行业习惯可以不加学科门类或者办学特色的，名称中可以不加学科门类或者办学特色。民办幼儿园、高中、特殊教育学校的行业表述应当符合教育规律和儿童身心发展规律，不得含有片面强调办学特色等误导家长或者引发歧义的内容和文字。
