| | 2013年9月13日傍晚，被执行人王以军的雇佣人员任玉华驾驶王以军名下车牌号为甘GF2002的轻型自卸货车，行驶至甘肃省山丹县霍城镇王庄村路段时，与申请执行人赵钧之妻杜永花驾驶的三轮摩托车发生刮擦，致杜永花受伤，经抢救无效死亡。在处理事故中双方达成赔偿协议，由王以军支付申请人赵钧包括死亡赔偿金、丧葬费、被抚养人生活费等各项费用共计266000元，扣除已支付的20000元及达成协议当日支付的106000元外，剩余140000元于2013年12月31日前全部付清，如不按协议履行，需另赔偿总额20%的违约金53200元。同年10月8日，经双方申请，甘肃省山丹县人民法院依法确认上述赔偿协议的效力。 |
