| | 2014年3月22日,曾木生雇请司机高顺举驾驶轻型厢式货车在广西富川瑶族自治县石家乡公路上行驶，与行人何平（系申请执行人何品文之子、滕梅之继子）发生碰撞，造成何平当场死亡。富川瑶族自治县公安局交通管理大队经调查后，认定司机高顺举承担主要责任，何平承担次要责任。2014年6月9日，富川瑶族自治县人民法院判决高顺举、曾木生互负连带责任，赔偿何品文、滕梅因何平死亡造成的死亡赔偿金、丧葬费、精神抚慰金等共计349695.14元。 |
