| | 被告人陆武伙同他人将50.54克甲基苯丙胺（冰毒）从江苏省苏州市运至无锡市，后被查获。检察机关指控陆武的行为构成运输毒品罪。陆武提出相关供述系其遭刑讯逼供后所做，并提供了相关线索。 |
| | 庭审中，法院对审判前供述取得合法性进行了先行审查，2013年2月20日至4月10日期间，陆武在公安机关有5份有罪供述。公诉人当庭宣读和出示了下列证据： |
| | 1.无锡市101医院的两份病历，其中2月22日的病历载明陆武约3天前头部撞伤。2.公安机关出具的情况说明，载明2013年2月19日晚，民警抓获陆武，因天色已晚，在现场未发现陆武眼部有伤。后至派出所审查时，发现陆武眼部有伤，其自称是撞到眼部所致。2月21日陆武因吸毒被民警送至戒毒所执行拘留。戒毒所民警发现陆武眼部有伤，陆武称是自己撞到的，并亲笔写下情况说明。3.陆武在戒毒所写的一份说明及其在戒毒所的健康检查表、出所谈话笔录，其说明载明“本人陆武眼睛伤正常的弄撞，自己撞到的，脚有痛风”。这些证据表明陆武在戒毒所期间未受到打骂、体罚等。 |
