| | 2012年2月，被告人熊东平在四川省开江县指使李阳平、林芳萍到浙江省温州市帮其贩卖、运输毒品，李、林二人遂来到温州市暂住。同年3月至5月间，熊东平联络好上下家，指使李阳平、林芳萍到广东省东莞市、汕尾市等地购得甲基苯丙胺(冰毒)3747.5克、海洛因2721.5克，运至温州市卖出。李阳平、林芳萍将收取的毒资汇入熊东平指定的银行账户。 |
