| | 2008年11月25日5时30分许，被告林则东驾驶套牌的鲁F41703货车在同三高速公路某段行驶时，与同向行驶的被告周亚平驾驶的客车相撞，两车冲下路基，客车翻滚致车内乘客冯永菊当场死亡。经交警部门认定，货车司机林则东负主要责任，客车司机周亚平负次要责任，冯永菊不负事故责任。原告赵春明、赵某某、冯某某、侯某某分别系死者冯永菊的丈夫、儿子、父亲和母亲。 |
