| For the purpose of coordinating with the adjustment of the at-the-close trading mechanism, with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Shanghai Stock Exchange has amended Article 40 of the Measures of the Shanghai Stock Exchange for the Implementation of the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect (hereinafter referred to as the “Implementation Measures”), and you are hereby notified of the relevant matters as follows. | | 为配合收盘交易机制调整，经中国证监会批准，上海证券交易所对《上海证券交易所沪港通业务实施办法》（以下简称《实施办法》）第四十条进行了修改，并将有关事项通知如下。 |
I. Article 40 is amended to read: “Once the daily quota is used up during the SSE's opening call auction session, the SEHK's securities trading service company shall suspend acceptance of buy orders placed after the session, but may still accept sell orders. If the balance of daily quota becomes positive before the commencement of the SSE's continuous auction session because buy orders are canceled or rejected by the SSE or sell orders are executed, among others, the SEHK's securities trading service company shall resume acceptance of subsequent buy orders.
．．．．．． | | 一、第四十条修改为：“当日额度在本所开盘集合竞价阶段使用完毕的，联交所证券交易服务公司暂停接受该时段后续的买入申报，但仍然接受卖出申报。此后在本所连续竞价阶段开始前，因买入申报被撤销、被本所拒绝接受或者卖出申报成交等情形，导致当日额度余额大于零的，联交所证券交易服务公司恢复接受后续的买入申报。
