《 国家外汇管理局关于调整经常项目外汇管理政策的通知》（汇发［2006］19 号，以下简称《 通知》）发布实施后，部分分局、外汇指定银行和企业就《通知》中服务贸易外汇管理政策的执行和具体操作提出了一些问题，需总局进一步明确。经研究，现对有关问题作出答复（具体内容见附件）。 |
Each branch shall, upon receipt of this Notice, forward it to the sub-branches, foreign-funded banks, urban commercial banks and rural credit cooperative banks within its respective jurisdiction as soon as possible; the headquarters of each designated Chinese-funded foreign exchange bank shall, upon receipt of this Notice, forward it to the branches within its respective jurisdiction as soon as possible. If you encounter any problem in the implementation, please timely feed it back to the Current Account Management Department of the SAFE. | |
