| In accordance with the Decision of the National People's Congress on the Establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China adopted at the First Session of the Eighth National People's Congress on March 31, 1993, the Map of Administrative Divisions of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, as adopted at the 116th executive meeting of the State Council on December 16, 2015, is hereby issued and shall come into force on December 20, 2015. | Description of the Administrative Boundary of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China | | |
| In order to support the sustained and stable economic and social development of the Macao Special Administrative Region (“SAR”), the Central People's Government has decided to specify an 85-square-kilometer sea area of the Macao SAR. Meanwhile, the Barrier Gate- Macao Border Inspection Building section between the Macao SAR and Zhuhai City in Guangdong Province, i.e. the section from the north of the Barrier Gate of the Macao SAR to the original flag building of the Zhuhai border checkpoint, which is used for the construction of the supporting facilities of the new border inspection building of the Macao SAR, has also been demarcated under the administration of the Macao SAR. After the adjustment of the administrative divisions, the administrative boundary of the Macao SAR consists of two parts on land and at sea. | | 为支持澳门特别行政区经济社会持续稳定发展，中央人民政府决定将澳门特别行政区海域面积明确为85平方公里。同时，将澳门特别行政区与广东省珠海市边界之间的关闸澳门边检大楼段，即澳门特别行政区关闸以北至珠海边防检查站原旗楼之间用于兴建澳门特别行政区新边检大楼配套设施的地段，划归澳门特别行政区管辖。行政区域调整后，澳门特别行政区的行政区域界线包括陆地和海上两部分。 |

| (1) Starting from Point 1 (22o12'55.53" N, 113o33'03.33" E) which is on the northern side of the fence wall, located out north of the intersection between the Barrier Gate Square and the North Racecourse Avenue, the boundary runs northwesterly along the northern side of the fence in an arc and goes from Point 2 (22o12'55.88" N, 113o33'02.80" E) to Point 3 (22o12'56.39" N, 113o33'02.60" E), and then extends northwards in a straight line along the eastern side of the fence to Point 4 (22o13'01.33" N, 113o33'03.05" E), i.e., to the earth point of the orthogonal projection of northeast angle on the roof of the ancillary building of the Macao Border Inspection Building at Barrier Gate. | | 1.由关闸广场与马场北大马路交界处以北围墙北侧1号点（北纬22°12′55.53″，东经113°33′03.33″）起，向西北沿弧状围墙北侧，经2号点（北纬22°12′55.88″，东经113°33′02.80″）至3号点（北纬22°12′56.39″，东经113°33′02.60″），再向北沿围墙东侧直线延伸至关闸澳门边检大楼附属楼顶东北角的地面正射投影点4号点（北纬22°13′01.33″，东经113°33′03.05″）； |

(2) From Point 12, the boundary follows the foot of the south bank of Canal dos Patos, and is connected by a series of straight lines in sequence through Point 13 (22o13'00.42" N, 113o32'47.64" E) , Point 14 (22o13'00.47" N, 113o32'47.42" E), Point 15 (22o13'00.52" N, 113o32'43.72" E), Point 16 (22o13'00.92" N, 113o32'42.68" E), Point 17 (22o13'01.03" N, 113o32'39.68" E), Point18 (22o12'58.73" N, 113o32'36.21" E), Point 19 (22o12'51.96" N, 113o32'32.87" E), Point 20 ( 22o12'51.43" N, 113o32'32.67" E), Point 21 (22o12'49.30" N, 113o32'31.25" E) and Point 22 (22o12'49.22" N, 113o32'31,04" E) until it reaches Point 23 (22o12'47.64" N, 113o32'30.18" E), which is situated on the west side of the Macao Wholesale Market.
