最高人民法院关于适用新的

《执行死刑命令》样式的通知
（法发[2007]27号　2007年8月21日）

各省、自治区、直辖市高级人民法院，解放军军事法院，新疆维吾尔自治区高级人民法院生产建设兵团分院：
为规范死刑执行工作，我院重新制作了《执行死刑命令》样式，现将新的样式及说明予以印发，自印发之日起正式适用。
附：
中华人民共和国最高人民法院执行死刑命令

中级人民法院：
本院已依法核准犯　　罪的罪犯　　死刑。现命令你院自接到此命令之日起七日内，将罪犯　　验明正身，核对犯罪事实无误，讯问有无遗言、信札之后，交付执行死刑，并将执行情况报告本院。发现有《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百一十一条第一款、第二百一十二条第四款规定的应当停止执行或者暂停执行的情形的，即停止执行，并立即报告本院。
