For the purpose of guaranteeing the smooth implementation of reform and opening-up measures according to the law in pilot free trade zones, the State Council decides to temporarily adjust the implementation of the relevant provisions of three administrative regulations including the Regulation on the Administration of Commercial Performances, the Provisions on the Administration of Foreign-funded Telecommunications Enterprises, and the Regulation on the Administration of Printing Industry in pilot free trade zones (see the Annex for the Catalogue).
