| As decided by the Ministry of Transport, the Provisions on the Administration of the Construction of Port Projects (Order No. 2 [2018], Ministry of Transport) are amended as follows: | | 交通运输部决定对《港口工程建设管理规定》（交通运输部令2018年第2号）作如下修改： |
I. In subparagraph (1) of Article 14, “an original copy of the application documents” is replaced with “the application documents”; in subparagraph (2) thereof, “a copy of the preliminary design documents and their electronic version” is replaced with “the preliminary design documents”; and in subparagraph (3) thereof, “a copy of the recordation certificate” is replaced with “the recordation certificate.”
