For the purpose of implementing the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on cutting taxes and fees and reducing certifications for the convenience of the people, the State Taxation Administration has decided to cancel another 12 taxation certification items (Items 1-12 listed in the Annex), which shall come into force on the date of issuance. The rules and regulatory documents involved shall be issued separately after being amended under the procedures.
