Announcement of the Ministry of Commerce on Extending the 2008 Accreditation Verification Deadline for Enterprises Implementing the Construction of Plant Projects and Enterprises Implementing Material Projects in Foreign Aid | |
商务部关于延长2008年度对外援助成套项目施工任务实施企业和物资项目实施企业资格核验日期的公告 |
According to the provisions of the Measures for the Accreditation of Enterprises Implementing the Construction of Plant Projects in Foreign Aid (Order No. 9 [2004], Ministry of Commerce) and the Measures for the Accreditation of Enterprises Implementing Material Projects in Foreign Aid (Order No. 10 [2004], Ministry of Commerce), the 2008 accreditation verification for enterprises implementing foreign aid projects was fully launched by the Ministry of Commerce in September 2008. In consideration of the advancement of the administrative mechanism reform and the improvement of rules for foreign aid projects as scheduled, to mitigate the adverse effect of the financial crisis on the business operations of enterprises, the deadline for the 2008 accreditation verification is extended to October 15, 2009.

根据《对外援助成套项目施工任务实施企业资格认定办法》（商务部2004年第9号令）和《对外援助物资项目实施企业资格认定办法》（商务部2004年第10号令）的规定，商务部2008年度对外援助项目实施企业资格核验工作于2008年9月全面启动。考虑到援外项目管理机制改革和制度完善工作正在逐步推进，同时为缓解金融危机对企业经营的不利影响，2008年度核验工作截止日期延迟至2009年10月15日。特此公告
