| Announcement on Issuing the Catalogue of Goods Subject to Automatic Import License Administration in 2019 | | 公布2019年自动进口许可管理货物目录 |
In accordance with the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of the Import and Export of Goods, the Measures for the Administration of Automatic Import Licenses for Goods, the Measures for the Implementation of Automatic Import Licenses for Electromechanical Products, and other relevant laws, administrative regulations and rules, the Catalogue of Goods Subject to Automatic Import License Administration in 2019 is hereby issued, and shall come into force on January 1, 2019, upon which the Catalogue of Goods Subject to Automatic Import License Administration in 2018 issued by the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine on December 10, 2017 as well as the Announcement No. 35 [2018] of the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs shall be repealed.
