For the purpose of coordinating the development of domestic and foreign trade in an overall manner and actively responding to the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: 为统筹内外贸发展,积极应对新冠肺炎疫情影响,现将有关事项公告如下:
Beginning on April 15, 2020, the pilot policy of selective levy of tariffs on domestic sales set forth in the Notice by the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs and the State Taxation Administration of Expanding the Scope of Implementation of the Pilot Policy of Selective Levy of Tariffs on Domestic Sales (No. 40 [2016], MOF) shall be expanded to cover all comprehensive bonded zones. 自2020年4月15日起,将《财政部 海关总署 国家税务总局关于扩大内销选择性征收关税政策试点的通知》(财关税〔2016〕40号)规定的内销选择性征收关税政策试点,扩大到所有综合保税区。
 特此公告。
